All games are in the design phase. Dawn of Eterra will be the first game released, available first to Early Access members via E-mail according to their Discord roles. We are aiming for a Q2 2025 release for version 1.0, with seasonally released updates.

As you play through any of our suite of games, you will earn various “fungible” tokens, like experience, consumable items, and in-game currency, similar to games you have played in the past. However, each “fungible” asset’s utility isn’t beholden only to the game it was earned in. There is no need to transfer experience or currency between games either. As they all exist in your on-chain wallet, and each game connects to the chain for the balances of these assets, you can simply login with your wallet in all three games, and the earnings will be available to you in all three games. Non-fungible assets may be unique Cards, Weapons, Armor, Magic Spells, or captured Pets that have unique attributes and genetics, setting them apart from other similar items.

Imagine you have a regular dollar bill. It’s just like any other dollar bill. You can take it to the store and buy a candy bar, and it doesn’t matter if you use your dollar, or your friend’s dollar—it’s the same to the store. These are called fungible things, because no one cares which one they get. They’re all the same.

Now, imagine you take a dollar bill and write on it: “This dollar is a deed for a cool boat, and it’s been notarized by a trusted individual with legal status who says the boat is yours.” Now, this dollar isn’t like any other dollar anymore! If someone wants that boat, this dollar is way more valuable to them than if someone planned to use it just buying a candy bar. This dollar is unique because of the special writing on it, so it’s called non-fungible. It’s not like the other dollars—it’s one-of-a-kind!

So, in simple terms: a fungible thing is something that’s the same as any other, like a dollar. A non-fungible thing is something that’s special and different, like an individual piece of artwork, or a dollar with the deed to an expensive object on it!

Decentralized gaming has a negative sentiment in the mind of the typical gamer. After years of very public fraud at the highest levels of the crypto industry, perhaps that is rightfully so. In the world of gaming, scams like these can take on a very personal tone, as players invest not just their money, but also their time and emotional energy into virtual worlds.

And yet, the benefits of a decentralized ecosystem, from the idea behind a new title, through design, development, release, and continued support, only serves to give players more of what they want. The current system implemented by publishers sometimes feels monetized to the point of being a cash grab, rather than ant artful expression of talented individuals. Not only that, the benefits of success bubble mostly to the top, to those who put in the least amount of effort in exchange for assuming some risk, and yet many green-lit games are still rushed by a system of executives and management that puts profit before player interests.

Decentralization lends the ability for gamers, artists, and developers to each have a proper stake in the direction of each individual gaming ecosystem. Governance allows the right stake for the right experience, leading to games gamers want, while ensuring the fundamentals of a great game aren’t lost during endless online bickering. Ownership and continued support can be democratized, and the storyline behind our episodically released RPG will inform players who likely never read the above paragraphs, or for those who did read it, left not fully convinced of the idea. It is much more fun to play and live through a storyline than to read a few paragraphs, that’s why you’re here! We plan to produce a deep lore and storyline, focused on memorable stories told through the perspectives of unforgettable characters. Information and entertainment at its best!

Stick it out until you are the last squad standing for a Bonus Round of legendary loot collection. Found something of importance and want to get out before someone takes it off your corpse? Find an extraction point and add it to your inventory for future use. Just love slaying monsters and looting, perhaps teaming up with various squads in a Raid style battle? There is plenty of space for that too!
